Welcome to JASC ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Service includes:

A. Account Information

When you create or use an account with us, we store the following information:

• UUID (Universally Unique Identifier)
• Username
• Locked status
• Ban status
• Account level
• Inventory (e.g., skins)
• Renown and credits count
• Profiles associated with your account
• The date and time your account was added (added_at)
• The date and time you last viewed certain content or used a feature (last_viewed_at)

B. Discord Information

If you choose to connect your Discord account to our Service, we may collect the following information from Discord:

• Your Discord ID
• Your Discord username
• Your Discord avatar
• Access token and refresh token. These tokens are used to interact with the Discord API on your behalf for features integrated with our Service. You can revoke our access at any time via your Discord settings under "Authorized Apps."

C. Usage Data and Technical Information

We temporarily collect IP addresses for rate-limiting and security purposes to prevent abuse of our Service. This IP address information is processed anonymously and is not saved in our database linked to your account information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
• Manage your account and provide you with customer support.
• Personalize and improve your experience on our Service.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve our Service.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats (e.g., rate limiting, enforcing bans).
• Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it or with your consent.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

• With Your Consent: We may disclose your information for any other purpose with your consent.
• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. This includes exchanging information with other entities for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
• Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as long as your account is active. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. IP addresses for rate limiting are kept temporarily and are not permanently stored in association with your account.

6. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to revoke Discord authorization via your Discord settings.

A. Right to Deletion and Account Removal

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information at any given time.

• Game-Specific Account Information: You can initiate the deletion of your game-specific account information by accessing our /delete endpoint, where this functionality is provided.
• All User Account Information: To request the deletion of all your user account information stored by us (including your main account with us and associated data), please contact us through our official Discord server at discord.gg/jinxz or by emailing us at legal@jinxz.dev.

We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that some information may be retained if required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain security and integrity of our service for other users), or if it has been anonymized such that it no longer constitutes personal information.

To exercise other data protection rights (access, rectification, etc.), or for general questions about this policy, please contact us using the methods outlined in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy.

7. International Transfers & Governing Law

Your information, including personal data, may be processed and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. Our services operate under Canadian law. By using our Service, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with Canadian law.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold if required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under this age. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notification. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JASC services ("Service"), operated by JASC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts and Usage

When you create or link an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• Account Ownership: You may only add or link an account to our Service if you are the legitimate owner of that account. Misrepresenting ownership is a violation of these Terms.
• You are responsible for safeguarding any password or access credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation, including the laws of Canada.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate JASC, a JASC employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• We do not condone the use of our Service for any malicious or mal-intent purposes. Any such use will result in immediate termination of access.

3. Service Availability and Modification

• We reserve the right to deny anyone access to the Service for any reason or no reason at all, at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice.
• We reserve the right to disable our services, temporarily or permanently, at any given time without prior notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JASC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of JASC.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and/or request deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. For deletion of game-specific account information, you may access our /delete endpoint where available and documented as part of the Service. For deletion of all your user account information, please contact us as specified in the Privacy Policy (via Discord at discord.gg/jinxz or email legal@jinxz.dev).

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. JASC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services, their content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.

Neither JASC nor any person associated with JASC makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the services. Without limiting the foregoing, neither JASC nor anyone associated with JASC represents or warrants that the services, their content, or any services or items obtained through the services will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that the services or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or that the services or any services or items obtained through the services will otherwise meet your needs or expectations.

JASC hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for particular purpose. In no event will JASC, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the service, any websites linked to it, any content on the service or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notification. You are required to check these Terms periodically for changes; we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. We will not provide individual notifications of updates. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
